The MX 5500 Revolution by Logitech is one of our personal favorites. Right away you are intrigued by the sleek and sexy looks of this cordless desktop. 90% of the surface area of both the keyboard and the mouse is a matte black finish and there is about 10% of glossy black accents, its pretty cool looking. One feature that drew us in was the low-profile laptop-like keys on the keyboard. They are thin and easy to push with your fingertips, but they feel elogant. The mouse also has a highly ergonomic design which makes it very comfortable to use for extended periods of time, and the soft palm rest on the keyboard really tops it off. This bluetooth wireless keyboard and mouse combo works well up to 30 ft. away from the receiver (a USB receiver is included if your computer does not have built-in Bluetooth connectivity) and it includes a rapid charging stand which eliminates the need to always use regular batteries, because this is a rechargeable mouse. Logitech might go a little overboard highlighting the scroll wheel when they describe the features of the included mouse, calling it "revolutionary", but we do admit it is more enjoyable to use than most others.
